补肾健脾汤治疗慢性肾衰血液透析临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾健脾汤治疗慢性肾衰血液透析患者的临床效果及对肾功能的影响。方法将108例慢性肾衰血液透析患者随机分为对照组和试验组,各54例。对照组给予血液透析对症治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予补肾健脾汤治疗。2组均治疗12周。比较2组临床疗效、肾功能指标及血液净化指标。结果试验组总有效率92.59%(50/54)高于对照组的74.07%(40/54)(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组治疗后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)含量较低,内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)较高,血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)含量较低(P<0.05)。结论补肾健脾汤治疗慢性肾衰血液透析患者的临床效果确切,能明显改善肾功能,提高对于血液的净化效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Jianpi decoction on patients with chronic renal failure underwent hemodialysis and its influence on renal function.Methods 108 patients with chronic renal failure underwent hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis and symptomatic treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Bushen Jianpi decoction on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical effect,renal function indexes and blood purification indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.59%(50/54)and 74.07%(40/54),respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of serum creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN),endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr)and serum parathyroid hormone(PTH),homocysteine(Hcy)andβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG)in experimental groups were lower after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Jianpi decoction has definite clinical effect in the treatment of chronic renal failure underwent hemodialysis,which can significantly improve renal function and blood purification effect.
