中药口服配合火针治疗痰湿阻络型椎动脉型颈椎病50例

摘　　要：目的探讨中药口服配合火针治疗痰湿阻络型椎动脉型颈椎病的效果。方法选取2019年3月—2021年3月收治的痰湿阻络型椎动脉型颈椎病患者100例,按照随机表法分为观察组、对照组2组,各50例。观察组采用桂枝加葛根汤联合半夏白术天麻汤口服配合火针治疗,对照组采用西比灵口服,平均治疗3周。比较2组患者疗效、疼痛程度、颈性眩晕症状与评估量表(ESCV)评分。结果观察组总有效率为94%(47/50),对照组总有效率为80%(40/50),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);在疼痛缓解上,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),在ESCV评分上,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用桂枝加葛根汤联合半夏白术天麻汤口服配合火针治疗痰湿阻络型椎动脉型颈椎病效果显著,优于单独口服西比灵,且在疼痛缓解上更有优势。Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration of Chinese medicine combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of vertebral artery cervical spondylopathy of phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals type.Methods From March 2019 to March 2021,100 vertebral artery cervical spondylopathy of phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals type patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Guizhi Gegen decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with fire acupuncture,and the control group was treated with sibillin orally,with an average of 3 weeks.The efficacy,pain degree,cervical vertigo symptoms and ESCV scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 94%(47/50)in the observation group and 80%(40/50)in the control group,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of pain relief,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and in terms of ESCV score,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Gegen decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with fire acupuncture in the treatment of vertebral artery cervical spondylopathy of phlegm-dampness blocking collaterals type has obvious curative effect,which is superior to oral sibilin alone,and has more advantages in pain relief.
