摘　　要：目的观察天钩柴胡饮治疗肝郁化火型不寐的临床效果。方法将80例患者随机分为2组,观察组采用天钩柴胡饮联合阿普唑仑治疗,对照组采用阿普唑仑治疗。2组均每日服药,疗程均定为4周。通过观察患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分及总体临床疗效的变化,以评价天钩柴胡饮的有效性。结果观察组总有效率是92.11%(35/38),对照组总有效率是72.97%(27/37),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PSQI评分单项及总分均显著低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论天钩柴胡饮治疗肝郁化火型不寐具有较好的效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tiangou Chaihu drink in the treatment of insomnia of liver stagnation transforming into fire type.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The observation group was treated with Tiangou Chaihu drink combined with alprazolam,and the control group was treated with alprazolam.Both groups took medicine daily,and the course of treatment was set for 4 weeks.By observing the changes of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)score and overall clinical efficacy of patients before and after treatment,the effectiveness of Tiangou Chaihu drink was evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 92.11%(35/38)in the observation group and 72.97%(27/37)in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group and before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiangou Chaihu drink is effective in the treatment of insomnia of liver stagnation transforming into fire type.
