外敷复方紫草油合剂治疗穴位贴敷所致皮肤不良反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究复方紫草油合剂对穴位贴敷所致皮肤不良反应的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月1日—2020年12月31日在宜宾市第一人民医院中医骨伤科住院期间因穴位贴敷造成皮肤损伤的60例患者,通过应用改良特应性皮炎评分(SCORAD)量表进行评定,比较复方紫草油合剂外敷损伤皮肤与普通消毒损伤皮肤的疗效。结果通过7 d的治疗,复方紫草油合剂组和普通消毒组总有效率分别为96.67%(29/30)和90.00%(27/30),2组疗效相比,差异有统计学意义(P=0.01)。结论复方紫草油合剂对穴位贴敷所引起的皮肤瘙痒、发红甚至破损的修复有积极的意义,能缩短皮肤破损修复时间,减轻患者的痛苦。Objective To study the clinical effect of compound Zicao oil mixture in the treatment of skin adverse reactions induced by acupoint application.Methods 60 patients with skin injury caused by acupoint application were selected from Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Yibin First People’s Hospital during the period of hospitalization from January 1,2019 to December 31,2020.The improved SCORAD scale was used to evaluate the effect of compound Zicao oil mixture on skin injury by external application and common disinfectant.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the compound Zicao oil mixture group and the general disinfection group was 96.67%(29/30)and 90.00%(27/30),respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.01).Conclusion Compound Zicao oil mixture has positive significance on the repair of skin itching,redness and even damage caused by acupoint application.It can shorten the repair time of skin damage and relieve the pain of patients.
