清胆行气汤加减联合艾灸治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清胆行气汤加减联合艾灸治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后综合征的临床效果。方法80例患者,采用单双球抽签的方法将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者实施常规西医的抗感染、解痉及纠正电解质酸碱平衡等对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,加入清胆行气汤加减联合艾灸综合治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、康复情况和并发症的发生情况。结果观察组治疗的总有效率97.5%(39/40)高于对照组的85.0%(34/40)(P<0.05);中医证候积分、患者下床活动时间、排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及并发症的总发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清胆行气汤加减联合艾灸治疗腹腔镜胆囊切除术后综合征临床效果显著,能够加快患者康复、降低并发症的发生率,具有较高的推广应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingdan Xingqi decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of syndrome after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 40 cases by single and double ball lot drawing.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine for symptomatic treatments such as anti-infection,antispasmodic,and correction of electrolyte acid-base balance.The observation group was given Qingdan Xingqi decoction combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,rehabilitation and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).While the TCM syndrome score,the time for patients to get out of bed,the time for exhausting,the recovery time of bowel sounds,and the total incidence of complications were significantly lower the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qingdan Xingqi decoction and moxibustion in the treatment of syndrome after laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a significant clinical effect,which can speed up the recovery of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,and has a high value of popularization and application.
