摘　　要：目的探讨自拟健脾化瘀汤对急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死失时间窗未溶栓患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平变化及运动功能的影响。方法随机选择入院患者83例分成2组(对照组和观察组),对照组采用药物治疗及早期康复训练;观察组在此基础上加用自拟健脾化瘀汤治疗。分别在治疗前及治疗2周后检测2组患者血清BDNF水平及评估各组运动功能。结果治疗后观察组血清BDNF水平及Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率95.6%(43/45)高于对照组的89.5%(34/38)(P<0.05)。结论自拟健脾化瘀汤治疗急性动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死失时间窗未溶栓患者能有效提升血清BDNF水平,提高患者的运动功能,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Huayu decoction on the changes of serum brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)level and motor function in patients with acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction who lost time window without thrombolysis.Methods A total of 83 patients were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with drug treatment and early rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Huayu decoction on this basis.Serum BDNF levels in both groups were measured before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment and motor function was assessed in each group.Results After treatment,the serum BDNF level and FMA score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.6%(43/45)higher than that of the control group(89.5%,34/38)(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Huayu decoction can effectively increase serum BDNF level and improve motor function in patients with acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction time window failure,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
