养心通脉饮联合针刺治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察养心通脉饮联合针刺治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月于沈阳沈北维康医院心血管内科病房住院并接受治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者60例,采用电脑简单随机分为对照组30例,应用常规西医内科治疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合养心通脉饮及针刺治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、6 min步行试验及心绞痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分变化情况。结果经临床治疗,试验组中医证候评分、6 min步行试验、心绞痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养心通脉饮联合针刺治疗冠心病心绞痛可显著改善患者的症状,值得临床推广。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of Yangxin Tongmai decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods From August 2019 to August 2020,60 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in Shenyang Shenbei Weikang Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group were combined with Yangxin Tongmai decoction and acupuncture treatment on the basis of the control group.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,6-min walking test and angina visual analog scale(VAS)scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results After clinical treatment,TCM syndrome score,6 min walking test and angina pectoris score of experimental group were better than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Tongmai decoction combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients with angina pectoris,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
