消银汤治疗斑块状银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨消银汤治疗斑块状银屑病效果。方法74例斑块状银屑病患者于2019年11月—2020年7月就诊,按就诊单双日分成A组与B组,各37例。予以A组患者卡泊三醇软膏治疗,B组给予消银汤治疗,分析与对比2组的治疗效果。结果治疗后临床疗效对比,A组总有效率为78.38%(29/37),B组总有效率为94.59%(35/37);在干扰素水平(IFN-y)对比上A组为(191.84±9.97)pg/mL,B组为(170.38±9.91)pg/mL;在外周血白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平对比上A组分别为(21.87±3.94)pg/L、(7.05±1.04)pg/L,B组分别为(14.38±3.21)pg/L、(6.51±1.18)pg/L;组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消银汤治疗斑块状银屑病具有显著效果,可改善患者外周血白介素和干扰素水平,有助于患者尽快康复,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoyin decoction in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.Methods A total of 74 patients with plaque psoriasis who were treated from November 2019 to July 2020 were divided into group A(37 cases)and group B(37 cases).Group A was treated with carpotriol ointment and group B was treated with Xiaoyin decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 78.38%(29/37)in group A and 94.59%(35/37)in group B.The level of interferon(IFN-y)was(191.84±9.97)pg/mL in group A and(170.38±9.91)pg/mL in group B.In peripheral blood interleukin 6(IL-6)and interleukin 8(IL-8)levels compared with group A(21.87±3.94)pg/L respectively,pg/L(7.05±1.04),group B(14.38±3.21)pg/L respectively,pg/L(6.51±1.18).The differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoyin decoction has significant curative effect in the treatment of plaque psoriasis.It can improve the levels of interleukin and interferon in peripheral blood of patients and help patients recover as soon as possible.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
