活血补肝肾汤联合止痛散外敷治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究活血补肝肾汤联合止痛散外敷对膝骨性关节炎患者血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2021年3月铁岭市中心医院膝骨性关节炎患者90例,随机分为2组,各45例。对照组给予塞来昔布联合玻璃酸钠治疗,试验组给予活血补肾汤联合止痛散外敷治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、血清炎性因子水平及疼痛评分。结果与对照组的总有效率77.78%(35/45)相比,试验组治疗总有效率97.78%(44/45)较高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组治疗后IL-1β、IL-6水平较低,疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分较低(P<0.05)。结论活血补肝肾汤联合止痛散外敷对膝骨性关节炎患者疗效显著,可减轻患者膝关节疼痛等不良症状,改善血清炎性因子水平。Objective To explore the effect of Huoxue Buganshen decoction combined with external application of Zhitong powder on serum IL-1 and IL-6βin patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis in Tieling Central Hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each.The control group received celecoxib and sodium hyaluronate,and the study group received more with Huoxue Buganshen decoction combined with external application of Zhitong powder.The clinical effect,serum inflammatory factors and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total effective rate of control group(77.78%)(35/45),the total effective rate of experimental group was 97.78%(44/45)higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of IL-1βand IL-6 in experimental group were lower after treatment,and the scores of visual analog scale for pain(VAS)were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Buganshen decoction combined with external application of Zhitong powder has significant effect on patients with knee osteoarthritis,alleviating knee pain and other adverse symptoms,and improving the level of serum inflammatory factors.
