短刺结筋点治疗颈性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的初步观察短刺结筋点对颈性眩晕及相关症状的临床疗效。方法采用病例序列研究,连续纳入30例符合标准的患者,应用短刺颈项部结筋点治疗2周后,针对眩晕及其引起的相关症状等进行观察。根据经筋触诊方法确定结筋病灶点风池次、天牖次、曲垣次,均取双侧,每周治疗3次,2周为1个疗程。结果治疗后眩晕障碍患者(DHI)和眩晕量表(NPQ)分值明显降低,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后头晕目眩、视物旋转、汗出肢冷、恶心呕吐、耳鸣、头痛症状积分较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短刺颈项部结筋点能够明显改善颈性眩晕及其相关中医症状,治疗简单有效,具有一定的临床研究价值。Objective To preliminarily observe the clinical effect of short-needling and stiffening-points on cervical vertigo and related symptoms.Methods A case sequence study was used to enroll 30 consecutive patients who met the criteria.After 2 weeks of treatment with short-needling and stiffening-points method,the dizziness and related symptoms caused by it were observed.According to the method of meridian palpation,the knotting lesions were determined to be Fengchici,Tianyouci and Quyuanci,all of which were bilaterally treated 3 times a week,and 2 weeks was a course of treatment.Results DHI and NPQ scores decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of dizziness,visual rotation,sweating,cold limbs,nausea and vomiting,tinnitus,and headache symptoms were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The short needling method of cervical spine knot points can significantly improve cervical vertigo and its related symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment is simple and effective,and has certain clinical research value.
