恢刺经筋结点联合PNF康复技术治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征I期临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察恢刺经筋结点法联合本体感受神经肌肉促进疗法(PNF)康复技术治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征I期患者的临床效果。方法将45例脑卒中后肩手综合征I期患者随机法分为恢刺组、PNF康复组和综合组。每日治疗1次,每周连续治疗6 d,共治疗4周。于治疗前后评定3组患者患肢视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)、上肢运动功能(FMA)评分、肩手综合征评估量表(SHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分。结果3组患者VAS评分、SHSS评分均较治疗前下降,且3组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组患者FMA评分、ADL评分均较治疗前上升,且3组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恢刺经筋结点法联合PNF康复技术能有效缓解脑卒中后肩手综合征I期患者的肩部疼痛,改善患肢肩部功能及肩手症状,提高患者日常生活活动能力,并提高临床疗效,值得推广及使用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the method of Huici tendon node combined with PNF rehabilitation technology in the treatment of stage I shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods 45 patients with stage I shoulder hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into recovery needling group,PNF rehabilitation group and comprehensive group.Once a day,6 days a week for 4 weeks.The visual analogue scale(VAS),upper limb motor function(FMA),shoulder hand syndrome Assessment Scale(SHS)and activities of daily living(ADL)were evaluated before and after treatment.Results The VAS scores of the three groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FMA score,shoulder hand syndrome Assessment Scale score and ADL score of the three groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Huici tendon node combined with PNF rehabilitation technology can effectively relieve the shoulder pain,improve the shoulder function and shoulder hand symptoms of patients with stage I shoulder hand syndrome after stroke,improve the activities of daily living of patients,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion and use.
