万小明教授治疗膝骨性关节炎学术思想及临床经验

摘　　要：总结万小明教授治疗膝骨性关节炎的学术思想及临床经验。万小明教授认为,膝骨性关节炎属于“痹证”范畴,主要因肝肾亏虚,不能濡养筋骨所致,风寒湿邪入侵是疾病产生的诱因。治疗上应当以补益肝肾为基,祛风散寒除湿为辅。此外,万小明教授认为,“膝为筋之府”,治疗膝痹病还必须重视“筋骨并重”的理念,膝痹病病位不仅在“骨”,而且在“筋”,主张从“筋”治“骨”。万小明教授在经筋理论指导下探寻出针灸结合补泻平衡手法的联合治疗方式,效果满意。Professor Wan Xiaoming’s academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating knee osteoarthritis was summarized.Professor Wan Xiaoming believes that knee osteoarthritis belongs to the category of“arthralgia”,which is mainly caused by the deficiency of the liver and kidney and the inability to nourish the bones and muscles.The invasion of wind,cold and dampness is the inducement of the disease.The treatment should be based on replenishing the liver and kidney,supplemented by expelling wind,dispelling cold and removing dampness.In addition,Professor Wan Xiaoming believes that“the knee is the home of tendons”and the treatment of knee paralysis must also pay attention to the concept of“emphasis on both muscles and bones”.Professor Wan Xiaoming explored the combined treatment method of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with replenishing and reducing balance techniques under the guidance of meridian theory.The curative effect is satisfactory.
