摘 要:目的通过研究鸡树条果多糖的抗氧化活性,为其开发利用提供科学依据。方法以维生素C为阳性对照,分别采用DPPH法、邻苯三酚自氧化法和邻二氮菲-金属铁离子-H_(2)O_(2)法测定0.2~1.2 mg/mL浓度范围内鸡树条果多糖对DPPH·、·OH和O_(2)^(-)·的清除活性。结果在一定浓度范围内,鸡树条果多糖对DPPH·、·OH和O_(2)^(-)·3种自由基均具有清除作用,且随浓度增加,其清除能力随之增强。当质量浓度达到1.2 mg/mL时,清除率分别达到82.8%、76.7%和73.2%。结论鸡树条果多糖对DPPH·、·OH和O_(2)^(-)·3种自由基均有清除作用,是天然有效的抗氧化剂。Objective To provide a scientific basis for its development and utilization by studying the antioxidant activity of polysaccharide from fruit of sargent viburnum.Methods With Vc as the positive control,DPPH method,pyrogallol auto-oxidation method and phenanthroline-metal iron ion-H_(2)O_(2)method were used to determine the effect of polysaccharide from Fruit of Sargent Viburnum on DPPH in the concentration range of 0.2~1.2mg/ml.,OH and O_(2)-scavenging activities.Results Within a certain concentration range,the polysaccharide from Fruit of Sargent Viburnum had scavenging effects on three free radicals,DPPH,OH and O_(2)^(-),and its scavenging ability increased with the increase of concentration.When the mass concentration reached 1.2 mg/ml,the clearance rates reached 82.8%,76.7%and 73.2%,respectively.Conclusion The polysaccharide from fruit of sargent viburnum has scavenging effects on three free radicals of DPPH,OH and O_(2)^(-),and is a natural and effective antioxidant.
