健脾利湿法保护高脂血症血管内皮功能的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,高脂血症已逐渐成为危害人类健康的一大疾病,其所导致的血管内皮功能障碍及各种代谢性疾病,严重影响患者健康水平。中医认为脾虚痰浊为高脂血症的主要病因病机,健脾利湿法是治疗本病的主要大法。故此文通过查阅近10年相关文献,就健脾利湿法在保护高脂血症血管内皮功能中的作用及机制做一综述,以期为本病的中医药治疗提供思路。In recent years,hyperlipidemia has gradually become a major disease endangering human health.The resulting vascular endothelial dysfunction and various metabolic diseases seriously affect the health of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity are the main cause and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia,and the method of strengthening the spleen and removing dampness is the main method to treat this disease.Therefore,this article reviewed the relevant literature in the past ten years to review the role and mechanism of the method of strengthening the spleen and promoting dampness in the protection of hyperlipidemia vascular endothelial function,in order to provide ideas for the treatment of this disease.
