产褥期产妇健康管理需求及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨产褥期产妇健康管理需求状况并分析其影响因素.方法采用产褥期妇女健康管理服务需求问卷,抽取2021年5月-2022年5月于天津医科大学第二医院产科分娩的产妇206例为调查对象.结果产褥期妇女的健康管理需求得分为(82.25±4.07)分,其中产妇身心恢复维度条目均分为(4.63±1.07)分,新生儿照护维度条目均分为(4.78±1.33)分、社会支持需求维度条目均分为(3.92±1.46)分.影响产褥期妇女的健康管理需求的因素是年龄、主要照顾者以及是否合并妊娠并发症(P<0.05).结论产褥期妇女的健康管理需求较强烈,医护人员应该利用医院网络平台、微信群等多媒体方式针对产妇不同需求进行健康管理.0bjective To explore the needs of matemal health management in puerperium and analyze the infuencing factors.Methods 206 parturients who delivered with our hospital's obstetrics department from May 2021 to May 2022 were investigaled by using the puerperal women's health mangement service demand questionnaire.Results The score of health management needs of puerperal women was(82.25±4.07),including(4.63±1.07)for maternal physical and mental recovery,(4.78±1.33)for neonatal care and(3.92±1.46)for social support needs.The factors afecting the health management needs of puerperal women were age,main caregivers and whether there were complications of pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion Puerperal women have a strong demand for health management.Medical staff should use the hospital network pltorm,wechat group and other mulimedia mehods to carry out health management according to the different needs of mothers.
