前列地尔联合多种药物治疗不同类型突发性耳聋耳鸣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析前列地尔联合银杏叶提取物、腺苷钴胺及地塞米松治疗不同类型突发性耳聋耳鸣的临床疗效.方法随机选取自2014年2月-2019年2月天津港口医院诊治的86例(96耳)突发性耳聋耳鸣患者,按照患者具体听力情况进行分组,34例(37耳)全频率听力下降的患者作为对照A组,31例(34耳)高频率听力下降的患者作为对照B组,21例(25耳)低频率听力下降的患者作为研究组,三组均给予前列地尔联合银杏叶、地塞米松及腺苷钴胺治疗,分析三组治疗效果.结果研究组耳聋听力提高总有效率95.24%(20/21)明显高于其他两组(P<0.05);研究组耳鸣改善总有效率90.48%(19/21)明显高于其他两组(P<0.05);研究组患者临床伴随症状改善情况明显优于其他两组(P<0.05).结论前列地尔联合银杏叶提取物、腺苷钴胺及地塞米松治疗突发性耳聋耳鸣患者疗效较好,且低频率听力下降患者的临床改善显著,值得临床推广.Objective To analyze the clincal efficacy ofalprostadil combined with ginkgo biloba exteact,adenosine cobalamin and dexamethaason in the treatment of different types of sudden deafness and tinnitus.Methods Date A total of 86 patients(96 ears)with sudden tinnitus and deafness diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2019 were randomly selected.According to the specific hearing conditions of the patients,34 patients(37 ears)with full-frequency hearing loss wewe taken as control group A,and 31 patients(34 ears)with high-frequency hearing loss weretaken as control group B,21 patients(25 ears)with low frequency hearing loss were used as the study group.There groups were treated with alprostadil combined with ginkgo biloba exteact,adenosine,dexamethasone and the therapeutic effects of the three groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of hearing improvement in the study group was 95.24(20/21),significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05);the improvement effect of tinnitus in the study group was 90.48%(19/21)higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical concomitant symptoms in the study group was significantly better than that in the other two groups.Conclusions Alprostadil combined with ginkgo biloba exteact,adenosine,dexamethasone has good efficacy in the treatment of patients with sudden tinnitus and deafness,and the clincal improvement of patient.
