异烟肼联合胸腺五肽治疗复治菌阳肺结核的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析在为复治菌阳肺结核患者实施治疗的过程中异烟肼联合胸腺五肽所获得的效果与价值.方法此研究将在天津市滨海新区塘沽传染病医院接受复治菌阳肺结核治疗的58例患者作为实验对象,根据患者接受治疗方案的不同将患者分为人数相同的两组,其中联合组有29例患者,治疗药物为异烟肼+胸腺五肽,单一组有29例患者,治疗药物为异烟肼.结果联合组患者治疗效果、治疗后不同时间痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收率、空洞闭合率以及呼吸功能、免疫功能均显著差别于单一组患者,P<0.05;两组患者治疗前呼吸功能、免疫功能与治疗后不良反应发生率并无显著统计学差异,P>0.05.结论对于复治菌阳肺结核患者来说异烟肼联合胸腺五肽的临床效果较为理想.Objective To analyze the effect and value of isoniazid combined Thymopentin in the treatment of retreated smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods In this study,58 patients with retreatment bacilli-positive pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups according to the different treatment plan,there were 29 patients in the combination group treated with isoniazid and thymopentin,and 29 patients in the single group treated with isoniazid.Results The therapeutic effect,sputum negative conversion rate,focus absorption rate,cavity closure rate,respiratory function and immune function of the combined group were significantly different from those of the single group(P<0.05)There was no significant difference in respiratory function and immune function between the two groups before treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Isoniazid combined with Thymopentin is more effective in the treatment of retreated smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
