摘　　要：目的对尿蛋白指标联合尿酶在糖尿病肾病中的鉴别和诊断价值进行探析.方法回顾性分析2020年7月-2021年7月泰安市立医院收治的50例糖尿病肾病患者临床资料,将其作为观察组.同期抽取50例健康体检者作为对照组.两组对象均接受尿蛋白、尿酶检验,记录两组对象的尿蛋白、尿酶水平,比较单项检测、联合检测在阳性率、诊断效能方面的差异性,并分析病程与检测指标的关系.结果观察组ACR、β_(2)-MG、RBP、NAG、α1-MG检测结果均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组开展联合检测,所得阳性率比单项检测阳性率更高,有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组联合检测的灵敏度比单项检测要高,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通过开展尿蛋白和尿酶联合检测,有利于提升糖尿病肾病患者的早期检出率,具有较高的临床应用价值.Objective To explore the differential and diagnostic value of urine protein index and urine enzyme in diabetes nephropathy.Method Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 50 patients with diabetes nephropathy admitted to Taian Municipal Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 as the observation group,and 50 health examinees were selected as the control group at the same time.The subjects in both groups received urine protein and urine enzyme tests,recorded the urine protein and urine enzyme levels of the subjects in the two groups,compared the differences in the positive rate and diagnostic efficacy of single test and joint test,and analyzed the relationship between the course of disease and test indicators.Result Observation group ACR β_(2)-MG,RBP,NAG,α-MG were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the positive rate of combined test was higher than that of single test(P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection in the observation group was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the joint detection of urine protein and urine enzyme,it is helpful to improve the early detection rate of diabetes nephropathy patients and has high clinical application value.
