摘　　要：自献血法颁布以来,天津市无偿献血已实现100%来自街头自愿无偿献血者.但是街头献血受季节、气候及街头流动人员的影响非常突出,加之人们对无偿献血知识了解甚少,片面的媒体宣传,公众对血液的安全存在质疑,使采供血矛盾突出,不能完全保障临床的用血.现如今新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)简称"新冠肺炎"的流行和防控呈常态化趋势,使得采血工作更是雪上加霜.血液的安全直接关系到广大人民群众的健康.理想的无偿献血工作是血液质量和安全的根本保证.如今街头流动采血工作依然面临诸多困难.当下只有摸索出适应新冠疫情常态化的工作模式、政府部门高度重视、合理引导和普及正确的献血知识、加大对无偿献血的宣传力度、全社会共同努力,才能保障街头采血工作健康、有序、持续的发展.Since the promulgation of the blood donation law,Tianjin has donated blood free of charge to achieve 100%voluntary blood donors from the streets.However,street blood donation is greatly affected by the season,climate and street floating people.In addition,people have litle knowledge of unpaid blood donation,one-sided media publicity,and the public have doubts about the safety of blood,which makes the contradiction between blood collection and supply prominent and cannot fully guarantee the clinical use of blood.Nowadays,the prevalence of COVID-19 and novel coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),referred to as"COVID-19",and the normalization trend of prevention and control have made blood collection more difficult.The safety of blood is directly related to the health of the masses.Ideal unpaid blood donation is the fundamental guarantee of blood quality and safety.At present,the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of street blood collection can only be ensured if we find out a work mode suitable for the normalization of the COVID-19 epidemic,attach great importance to it by government departments,provide reasonable leadership,popularize the correct knowledge of blood donation,increase the publicity of unpaid blood donation,and make joint efforts of the whole society.Nowadays,mohile blood collection in the street still faces many difficulties.
