摘  要:目的初步研究金粉蕨素体外对肿瘤细胞增殖活性和血管内皮细胞氧化损伤的影响.方法通过培养MGC-803、Hela和HepG2-A16,测定金粉蕨素对MGC-803、Hela、HepG2-A16细胞的增殖和克隆能力的影响;观察金粉蕨素对溶血性磷脂酰胆碱(LPC)损伤的新西兰兔离体胸主动脉血管内皮舒张功能的影响.结果金粉蕨素可抑制HeLa、MGC-803和HepG2-A16细胞增殖和克隆,并且呈浓度依赖性.金粉蕨素对LPC损伤的新西兰兔胸主动脉血管内皮舒张功能的作用强度与维生素E近似.结论金粉蕨素具有显著抑制肿瘤细胞增殖活性和抗血管内皮细胞氧化损伤作用.Objective To study the effect of dryopterin on the proliferation of tumor cells and oxidative damage of vascular endothelial cells in vitro.Methods MGC-803,HeLa and HepG2-A16 were cultured.the effects of onychin on the proliferation and clonogenesis of MGC-803,HeLa and HepG2-A16 were measured by MTT and plate cloning;the effects of onychin on the endothelium relaxation function of the isolated thoracic aorta of New Zealand rabbits with lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC)injury were observed.Results Onychin inhibited the proliferation and clonogenesis of MGC-803,HeLa and hepg2-al6 cells in a concentration dependent manner.The effect of onychin on the endothelium diastolic function of New Zealand rabbits with LPC injury was similar to that of vitamin E.Conclusions Onychin can significantly inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and the oxidative damage of vascular endothelial cells.
