浅谈施今墨"抗老返青"抗衰老理念及组方特色

摘　　要："抗老返青"理念是20世纪五十年代施今墨提出的抗衰老理念.此文主要阐述施今墨通过筑基防老、"治形"抗老进行"追肥"补养,以达防衰益寿的目的,同时还论述了施今墨自创的抗衰益寿组方特色,通过一对组方早晚配用,共奏精、气、神、血、脏、腑同补之功,以达阴平阳秘,抗衰益寿.施今墨抗衰老理念体现了"治病求本"与善"治未病"的养生思想和对药应用特色,也为中老年人抗衰益寿的研究提供了有重要参考价值的思路.The concept of"anti-aging and rejuvenation"was put forward by Shi Jinmo in the 1950's.This paper mainly expounds that Shi Jinmo builds a foundation to prevent aging and"regulate the body shape"a anti-aging to carry out"topdressing"aand nourishment,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing aging and prolong life.At the same time,it also discusses the characteristics of the anti-aging and longevity prescription created by Shi Jinmo.Through a pair of prescription matching in the morning and evening,it plays the function of tonifying essence,qi,spirit,blood,zang-organs and fu-organs together,so as to achieve yin and yang in equilibrium,and anti-aging and longevity.Shi Jinmo's anti-aging idea reflects the health-culivation thought of"treating disease from the root"and"preventive treatment of disease",and application features of drugs herb couples.It also provides an important reference for the research of antiaging and longevity of the middle-aged and old people.
