中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能不全失代偿期的临床有效性分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能不全失代偿期的临床有效性.方法选取滨海新区大港中医医院64例慢性肾功能不全失代偿期患者,按照治疗方法的不同编入两组,一组31例采取常规对症治疗为对照组,一组33例在对照组基础上采取中药灌肠治疗为观察组,治疗1个月后观察两组临床指标的变化,并与治疗前进行对比.结果经过1个月治疗,观察组血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)指标明显下降且低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组肾小球滤过率(GFR)指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05);进行疗效标准评价发现,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能不全失代偿期能显著改善肾功能指标,取得更好的疗效,值得临床采用.Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency in decompensated stage.Methods 64 patients with chronic renal insufficiency patients with decompensated period,according to the different treatment methods were into two groups,a group of 31 cases adopted conventional symptomatic treatment as control group,a group of 33 cases in control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment as the observation group,1 month after treatment to observe the change of the two groups of clinical indexes,and compared with before treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the index of glomerular filtration rate(GFR)in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine enema can significantly improve the renal function index in the decompensated stage of chronic renal insufficiency and achieve better efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application.
