温针灸任督脉穴对中风后尿失禁患者的治疗效果及膀胱功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析温针灸任督脉穴对中风后尿失禁患者的治疗效果及对膀胱功能的影响.方法此次实验研究随机在2020年10月-2022年3月在天津市河西区中医医院接受常规治疗+温针灸任督脉穴治疗的中风后尿失禁患者中选取24例作为研究组,并随机于同一时期在该院接受常规治疗的中风后尿失禁患者中选取24例患者作为对照组.结果研究组患者治疗效果更好,治疗后患者日均排尿次数与夜间护理者被呼唤次数均明显减少,均次排尿量有所增加,且显著差异于对照组患者,P<0.05.治疗后研究组与对照组患者尿失禁控制情况、尿失禁程度存在显著差异,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者上述情况差异并无显著统计学意义,P>0.05.结论温针灸任督脉穴治疗中风后尿失禁获得了较为理想的治疗效果,有助于患者膀胱功能的改善.Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of warming needle moxibustion on post-apoplectic urinary incontinence and its influence on bladder function.Methods This experimental study randomly selected 24 cases of post-apoplectic urinary incontinence from October 2020 to March 2022 in our hospital,who were treated with routine therapy and warming acupuncture at Ren Du Mai(Du Mai),as the study group,at the same time,24 patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence were randomly selected as the control group.Results The results showed that the effect of the study group was better than that of the control group.After the treatment,the number of urination per day and the number of nurses being called at night were significantly reduced,and the volume of urination per time was increased,and the difference was significant compared with the control group(P<O.05).After treatment,there were significant differences in the control of urinary incontinence and the degree of urinary incontinence between the Study Group and the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion Warm needling at ren-du channel points is effective in the treatment of post-apoplectic urinary incontinence and is helpful to improve the bladder function.
