大学-产业界知识转移国际研究的热点主题和研究前沿——基于2010-2021年国际文献的科学知识图谱分析

摘　　要：为解析大学—产业界知识转移国际研究的最新进展和知识脉络,以2010—2021年Web of Science核心合集发表的2 038篇国际文献为数据池,运用文献计量可视化软件CiteSpace绘制了关键词和文献共被引知识图谱,进行可视化分析和科学文本分析。研究得出,国际产学知识转移研究内容具有广泛性和多元性特点,其中最显著的研究热点是校企合作、学术创业、学术专利技术转移组织机构。根据核心文献的研究内容,将研究前沿分为个体、组织、大学、理论和系统等五个维度。结合被引频次及引用折线图的历史趋势,总结出研究前沿的四种类型:Ⅰ型为稳定发展型(TTO绩效评价、三螺旋理论);Ⅱ型为激进发展型(学术参与、个体特征、TTO组织特征、吸收理论、学术研究与商业化的关系);Ⅲ型为波动发展型(学术创业、大学衍生能力、衍生企业)和Ⅳ型为转弱型研究前沿(学术研究与行业发展)。探寻国际产学知识转移研究的热点主题和前沿趋势,对提高我国高校科技成果转化和产学研合作的理论研究和实践活动具有重要启发。To understand the latest research frontier and the knowledge venation of the university-industry knowledge transfer, the CiteSpace software, a bibliometric visualization tool was used to generate the keywords co-citation and literature scientific knowledge map with the data pools of 2 038 international papers collected from the Web of Science Core Collection 2010 to 2021 for text mining and visualization analysis. The study found that, Since 2007, there has been a rapid increase in the literature on international industry-university knowledge transfer, which could be divided into three research stages according to the keywords’ emergence: The early studies focused on patent activities and related policies, and in the middle stage, the research expands to focus on university derivative enterprises, taking academic entrepreneurship as the other important way of university knowledge spillover. There are a few hot topics emerging in the latest research, which mainly expand the research on the subject of industry-learning knowledge transfer, and emphasize the analysis of open innovation, dynamic, system and framework perspective of the research, highlighting the "integrity" and "systematic" characteristics of industry-learning knowledge transfer activities.The research hotspots are extensive and pluralistic, and the four largest clusters represented by university-industry research, academic entrepreneurship, academic patents and technology transfer organizations, they are all including the various perspective research into individual actors, universities’ internal organizations and the reform of the universities themselves, those different actors together constitute an interconnected industry-university knowledge transfer research network. There are 16 core literatures according to highly cited and highly centrality literatures, based on which, the research frontier has divided into five perspective: individual level, organization level, university level, theoretical innovation and the system level.
