血清免疫球蛋白检测在白癜风患者中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的分析血清免疫球蛋白和补体C3、C4水平检测在白癜风患者疾病分期诊断中的应用价值。方法选取山东省潍坊市皮肤病防治2018年10月—2020年12月收治的白癜风患者120例,根据患者的病情分期情况分为稳定组与进展组,各60例。抽取两组的空腹静脉血5 mL,在静置30 min后进行离心处理;离心15 min后,取血清并放置于-20℃中保存待检。采用免疫散射比浊法进行检测。对比两组的血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA水平和补体C3、C4水平。结果进展组的IgG、IgM、IgA水平和C3、C4水平均显著低于稳定组(P<0.05);不同疾病分期进展组患者的补体C3、C4水平以及血清免疫球蛋白低于稳定期患者(P<0.05)。结论在白癜风患者疾病分期诊断,血清免疫球蛋白和补体C3、C4水平检测具有较高的应用价值,可以为判断白癜风疾病的严重程度、制定治疗方案、评估预后效果提供可靠的科学依据。早期发现并及时采取合理的医学干预措施对提高临床治疗效果,预后效果具有十分重要的意义。血清免疫球蛋白和补体C3、C4水平与白癜风病情的程度呈反比关系,可结合具体的病情状况制定合理的治疗方案。Objective To analyze the application value of serum immunoglobulin and complement C3 and C4 levels in the staging diagnosis of vitiligo patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with vitiligo in Shandong Weifang Institute of Dermatology and Prevention were admitted from October 2018 to December 2020.They were divided into stable group and progressive group according to the stage of the patient's condition,with 60 cases in each group.A total of 5 mL of fasting venous blood of two groups two groups were extracted,centrifuged after standing for 30 min.After centrifugation for 15 min,the serum was taken and stored at-20℃for examination.Immune scattering turbidimetry was used for detection.The levels of serum immunoglobulin IgG,IgM,IgA and complement C3 and C4 were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of IgG,IgM,IgA,C3 and C4 in the progressive group were significantly lower than those in the stable group(P<0.05).The levels of complement C3 and C4 and serum immunoglobulin in patients with different disease stages were lower than those in patients with stable stage(P<0.05).Conclusion In the stage diagnosis of vitiligo patients,the detection of serum immunoglobulin and complement C3 and C4 levels has high application value.It can be used as a reliable scientific basis to judge the severity of vitiligo disease,formulate treatment plan and evaluate the prognosis.Early detection and timely adoption of reasonable medical intervention measures are of great significance to improve the clinical treatment effect and prognosis.The levels of serum immunoglobulin and complement C3 and C4 are inversely proportional to the degree of vitiligo,and a reasonable treatment plan can be formulated in combination with the specific condition.
