摘 要:2μm激光作为高相干辐射光源,在激光医疗、激光雷达、光电对抗、材料加工等领域有非常重要的应用价值。通过建立考虑能量传递上转换效应的Tm:YLF激光器速率方程,从而分析了能量传递上转换(Energy Transfer Upconversion,ETU)效应对Tm:YLF激光器输出特性的影响;仿真分析双端偏振泵浦Tm:YLF晶体泵浦光分布情况。基于上述仿真分析结果,为获得更高的激光输出功率,采用单LD双端同向π偏振泵浦Tm:YLF激光器方法,提高增益介质的增益效果;当注入功率为47.43 W时,实现了稳定的最大激光输出功率为15.23 W,中心波长为1 907.46 nm,输出线宽为1.62 nm,对应光-光转换效率为32.11%,斜率效率为37.24%。As a high coherent radiation source,2 μm laser has very important application value in laser medical,LIDAR,photoelectric countermeasure,material processing and other fields.The rate equation of a Tm :YLF(yttrium lithium fluoride) laser with energy transfer up-conversion(ETU) operation was established,and the influence of energy transfer up-conversion on the output characteristics was analyzed.Furthermore,the pump light distribution of the Tm:YLF crystal with double-end polarization pumping was analyzed.In order to obtain higher laser output power,the constructed Tm:YLF laser with a laser diode double-end π-co-polarized pump was achieved an injection power of 47.43 W and a maximum output power of 15.23 W as well as a center wavelength of 1 907.46 nm and a line-width of 1.62 nm.Furthermore,a slope efficiency of 37.24% and an optical-optical conversion efficiency of 32.11% were obtained.
