摘 要:为了利用照射到玻璃幕墙上的太阳能,采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯设计了一种新型聚光器,用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯代替玻璃幕墙中的玻璃成分。为验证其可行性,建立了有限元模型,并通过仿真和现场实测验证了仿真数据的可信度。考虑玻璃幕墙的工作环境,对其进行流体力学分析,风速设置为18 m/s,施加风荷载后光效率损失变为0.2%。同时,对聚光引起的热变形也进行了分析,发现玻璃幕墙在长时间工作时,热变形会导致光学效率损失变为0.1%。最后,对外部激励振动引起的结构变化进行了谐响应分析,为结构优化提供了建议。In order to obtain the solar energy irradiated to the glass curtain wall,this paper used polymethyl methacrylate to design a new type of concentrator and polymethyl methacrylate is used to replace the glass component in the glass curtain wall.For the purpose of verifying its feasibility,a finite element model is established and the credibility of the simulation data is verified through simulation and field measurement.Considering the working environment of the glass curtain wall,the fluid mechanics analysis is performed on it,the wind speed is set to 18 m/s,and the optical efficiency loss changes to0.2% after the wind load is applied.At the same time,the thermal deformation causes by concentrating light is also analyzed,and it is found that when the glass curtain wall works for a long time,the deformation caused by heat would cause the optical efficiency loss to change to 0.1%.Finally,this paper dose a harmonic response analysis of structural changes caused by external excitation vibration and provides suggestions for structural optimization.
