摘  要:由于铁路建设施工过程复杂且管理难度大,为提升企业对铁路工程项目的管控能力和项目施工过程的信息化水平,依托京雄城际铁路JXSG-7标段雄安站特大桥工程项目,基于BIM技术对企业级铁路施工管理平台进行研究。以雄安站特大桥BIM模型和倾斜摄影模型为基础,基于信息化集成管理理念,采用私有云+公用端模式的多层架构体系(MVC技术架构)、BIM模型轻量化、分布式存储等技术以及安全传输协议,构建施工管理平台,并介绍平台的项目管理、综合驾驶舱、项目施工管理功能模块(电子沙盘、进度管理、质安管理、费用管理、过程资料管理)等内容。该平台在施工过程中成功示范应用,将雄安站特大桥的施工进度加快了10%,降低了安全风险20%。同时,平台满足了企业对项目高度集中信息可视化管理和日常管理机制,实现了企业到项目一体化闭环管理,推动铁路工程施工智慧化的发展。As the railway construction process is complex and difficult to manage, this paper relies on the project of the Xiong’an Station Bridge in the JXSG-7 bid section of the Beijing-Xiong’an Intercity Railway to study the enterprise-level railway construction management platform based on BIM technology so as to improve the enterprise’s ability to supervise railway projects and the level of informationization of the project construction process. Based on the BIM model and oblique photography model of the Xiong’an Station Bridge and with the concept of integrated information management, the construction management platform is developed by adopting the multi-layer architecture system of private cloud+public terminal mode(MVC Technology Architecture), BIM model lightweight, distributed storage and other technologies, as well as secure transmission protocol. The paper also introduces the platform’s project management, integrated cockpit and project construction management function modules of electronic sand table, schedule management, quality safety management, cost management and process data management. The platform is successfully demonstrated and applied in the construction process, speeding up the construction progress of the Xiong’an Station Bridge by 10% and reducing safety risks by 20%. Meanwhile, the platform satisfies the enterprise’s highly centralized information visualisation management and daily management of the project, achieving integrated enterprise to project closed-loop management and promoting the development of intelligent railway construction.
