摘  要:设置辅助坑道是实现长大隧道长隧短打、快速施工的重要手段,为解决长大隧道辅助坑道与正洞交叉口区域交通组织困难、运输效能低的问题,以山西中南部通道南吕梁山隧道进口段斜井的设计和变更为例,对辅助坑道双联式井底布置进行研究。结果表明:双联式井底布置可实现运输车辆的便捷转弯并形成环岛式物流通道,有效破解辅助坑道与正洞交叉口的交通组织难题、提升辅助坑道的运输能力;利用双联式井底布置方式,南吕梁山隧道斜井施工正洞月均进度为规范建议值的1.4~2.1倍,实现了隧道的快速施工;特殊工况下,主联和副联互为替代关系,可有效降低因单点拥堵导致整个物流系统停滞的风险;隧道施工通风、变压器和空压机进洞、交叉口正洞衬砌施工等方面的优势是双联式井底布置的另一外溢效能,与常规通风方式相比成本降低30%以上。Setting up auxiliary tunnel is an important means to realize short driving and rapid construction of long tunnels. In order to solve the problems of difficult traffic organization and low transportation efficiency at the intersection of the auxiliary tunnel and the main tunnel of the long tunnel, this paper takes the design and modification of the inclined shaft at the entrance of the South Lvliang Mountain Tunnel in the south-central channel of Shanxi as an example to study the double outlets layout of the auxiliary tunnel. The results show that the double outlets layout can realize the convenient turning of transport vehicles and form a circular-island logistics channel, effectively solving the traffic organization problem at the intersection of the auxiliary tunnel and the main tunnel, and improving the transport capacity of the auxiliary tunnel;under special working conditions, the primary connection and the secondary connection are mutually substituted, which can effectively reduce the risk of stagnation of the whole logistics system caused by single-point congestion;the advantages of tunnel construction ventilation, transformer and air compressor entering holes, lining construction of main hole at intersections, etc. are spillover effects of the double outlets layout. Compared with conventional ventilation, the cost is reduced by more than 30%.
