摘 要:在蒙皮检验夹具建模过程中存在工装设计工作量异常繁重、设计质量因人而异且不稳定等情况。为了解决上述问题,针对依赖蒙皮零件上边界、定位等特征设计的检验卡板及气槽的特点,提出边界、定位特征识别方法;同时根据真空吸附原理提出气槽设计原则;开展了分治策略对检验卡板布局计算应用的研究;设计了检验卡板智能避让原则;阐述了检验卡板分割方向的判断方式。在CATIA环境下完成了复合材料蒙皮检验夹具的智能化快速设计系统的开发,为复合材料蒙皮检验夹具智能化快速设计提供了行之有效的方法。In the skin inspection fixture modeling process the workload of tooling design is very heavy,the design quality varies from person to person and is unstable.In order to solve the above problem,according to the characteristics of the inspection card and air groove which depend on the upper boundary and positioning of skin parts,the recognition method of boundary and positioning features were put forward.Meanwhile,the design method of the gas tank was put forward according to the principle of vacuum adsorption.The application of the divide-and-conquer strategy to the calculation of the test snap-gauge layout was studied.The inspection snap-gauge intelligent avoidance principle was designed.The judgment method of cutting direction of the inspection caliper was expounded.The intelligent and rapid design system of composite skin parts inspection fixture was developed by CATIA.The results show that the above discussion provides an effective method for the intelligent and rapid design of inspection fixtures for composite skin parts.
