摘  要:针对传统塑料挤出加工车间中挤出机仪表控制柜数据的记录和统计方法落后、实时性差、效率低等问题,提出一种利用PLC和物联网技术组建数据采集与云监控系统的解决方案。使用S7-1200 PLC实时采集、汇总数据,用两个通信模块采集数据来提高采集频率,设计轮询设备分组可选的PLC程序来保证采集频率。使用无线网关将PLC中数据上传云服务器,在云端进行数据储存与监控。实地运行表明,该系统不仅实现了数据的采集与云监控,且运行稳定可靠。To address the problems of backward recording and statistical methods,poor real-time performance and low efficiency of data from the instrumentation control cabinets of extruders in traditional plastic extrusion processing plants,a solution is proposed to set up a data acquisition and cloud monitoring system using PLC and Io T technology.The S7-1200 PLC is used to collect and summarize data in real time,two communication modules are used to collect data to improve the collection frequency,and a PLC program with optional polling equipment grouping is designed to ensure the collection frequency.Using a wireless gateway to upload data from the PLC to the cloud server,the data is stored and monitored in the cloud.The field operation shows that the system not only realizes data collection and cloud monitoring,but also operates stably and reliably.
