摘 要:高压储氢系统是氢氧燃料汽车重要组成部分,容量、温度与压力的不同直接影响到储氢容量,同时影响安全管理策略。根据对储氢气瓶储氢特性的分析研究与试验对比,形成质量&压力系统数据集,基于温度传感器与压力传感器,有利于高效判断储氢质量,获得对应的安全加氢质量阈参考值,在实际应用中是安全策略的指导数据与判断基础,进行加氢安全控制,包括实时显示储氢质量、预测续航里程、加氢安全控制策略(如温度控制)等,并可以与加氢机交互控制安全加氢量。High pressure hydrogen storage system is an important part of Oxyhydrogen fuel vehicles. The difference of capacity, temperature and pressure directly affects the hydrogen storage capacity and safety management strategy. According to the analysis, research and test comparison of the hydrogen storage characteristics of hydrogen storage cylinders, a mass pressure system data set is formed. Based on the temperature sensor and pressure sensor,it can help to effectively judge the hydrogen storage quality and obtain the corresponding reference value of the safe hydrogenation quality threshold. In practical application, it is the guiding data and judgment basis of the safety strategy to carry out hydrogenation safety control, including real-time display of the hydrogen storage quality and prediction of the storage mileage, The hydrogenation safety control strategy, such as temperature control, can interact with the hydrogenation machine to control the safe hydrogenation amount.
