摘 要:针对纯电动搅拌车电磁兼容(Electromagnetic Compatibity,EMC)骚扰的超标问题,根据欧盟标准ECER10.6—2019,通过对408P纯电动搅拌车进行辐射发射试验,阐述电机驱动系统的EMC特性,分析主驱电机控制器不同控制频率和不同负载需求下整车宽带辐射发射的差异,并通过电机轴增加导电磁环方案,使整车宽带辐射干扰得到很大程度优化。Aiming at the problem of exceeding the standard of electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) disturbance of pure electric mixer, according to the European Union standard ECE R10.6—2019, through radiation emission test on 408P pure electric mixer, the EMC characteristics of the motor drive system are described, the differences of broadband radiation emission of the whole vehicle under different control frequencies and load requirements of the main drive motor controller are analyzed, and the scheme of adding conductive magnetic rings through the motor shaft is proposed. The vehicle broadband radiated interference is greatly optimized.
