摘  要:为降低汽车电器诊断设备的成本,同时降低人工检测成本和技术难度,提高检测效率,结合最新互联网云计算和5G网络技术,对汽车云端电器检测系统进行开发。该系统能够针对单台或多台汽车远程同时进行多项诊断操作,包括实现安装检测、ZDC编码检测、ZDC编码写入、软件刷新、DTC诊断以及电器维修方案推荐、全过程电器问题管理等功能。与传统汽车人工诊断工作方式相比,该系统能够提升生产效率、改善汽车产品品质、提升企业竞争力。In order to reduce the cost of automotive electrical diagnostic equipment, reduce manual detection cost and technical difficulty, and improve detection efficiency, an automotive cloud electrical detection system is developed in combination with the latest Internet cloud computing and 5G network technology. The system can remotely and simultaneously carry out multiple diagnostic operations for single or multiple vehicles, including assembly check, ZDC check, ZDC write, software flash, DTC diagnosis, recommendation of electrical maintenance scheme, management of electrical problems in the whole process, etc. Compared with the traditional automobile manual diagnosis, it can improve the production efficiency of automobile, improve the quality of automobile products and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
