摘  要:为了保证电动叉车动力电池和电压转换器的正常工作,防止过大电流冲击,以及持续高功耗对电池和电压转换器造成的损害,本文从线路优化设计、材料选型优化以及电器选型优化3个方面出发,对电器线路进行优化改进。结果表明,通过进行以上3方面的改善,整车用电功率降低,线路能量损耗减少,整车用电的稳定性和安全性得到提高。In order to ensure the normal operation of the power battery and the voltage converter of the electric forklift, prevent the impact of excessive current, and the damage caused by the continuous high power consumption to the battery and the voltage converter, this paper focuses on three aspects: the optimal design of the circuit, the optimization of material selection and the selection of electrical appliances to improve the electrical circuit. The results show that through the improvement of the above three aspects, the electric power of the whole vehicle is reduced, the energy loss of the line is reduced, and the stability and safety of the electric power consumption of the whole vehicle are improved.
