摘  要:为了解决大家电在运输和物流过程因包装出现的货损追溯、信任交付等问题,提出一种基于智能电子纸面单的大家电绿色循环包装及其循环体系建设的整体解决方案。基于可循环性、智能性、平台性的原则,介绍了循环包装可折叠设计、智能电子纸面单设计及运输过程数字化监管,阐述了大家电绿色包装循环体系,最后,结合大家电绿色循环包装的经济效益分析,论证大家电绿色循环包装的可行性以及产业切入点,为其真正落地普及提供坚实的理论依据与实践经验。In order to solve the problems of traceability of goods damage and trust delivery in the process of large household appliances transportation and logistics due to traditional paper packaging, this paper proposes a comprehensive solution of reusable packaging of large household appliances and recycling system construction based on smart e-Paper sheet. Based on the principles of recyclability, smart and platform, this paper introduces the foldable design of reusable packaging, the design of smart e-Paper sheet and the digitalized supervision of transportation process, expounds the recycling system of reusable packaging of large household appliances, combines the economic benefit analysis of the reusable packaging, demonstrates the feasibility of the reusable packaging and the industry entry point, lay solid theoretical basis and experience for its real popularization.
