孕前性病高危人群筛查结果分析及心理危机干预效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨孕前性病高危人群筛查结果及心理危机干预效果。方法选择孕前性病筛查异常病例1234例,分为2组。对照组(617例)采用常规方法干预,观察组(617例)采用联合心理危机干预,2组均完成3个月干预,比较2组干预前后心理弹性及自我管理能力。结果1234例孕前性病筛查异常病例,性病排在前2位的分别为淋病和梅毒,分别占46.68%和42.54%;2组干预3个月后心理弹性明显提高;观察组坚韧性、乐观性及力量性评分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组干预3个月后自我管理能力提高明显,观察组行为、认知及环境评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孕前性病高危人群中梅毒和淋病检出率较高,给予心理危机干预有助于改善患者心理弹性,提高患者自我管理能力,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the screening results and the effect of psychological crisis intervention in high-risk groups of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)before pregnancy.Methods 1234 patients with STD before pregnancy were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(617 cases)was treated with routine intervention,while the observation group(617 cases)was treated with combined psychological crisis intervention.Both groups completed the intervention for 3 months The psychological resilience and self-management ability of the two groups were compared.Results Among 1234 patients with STD before pregnancy.The top two venereal diseases were gonorrhea and syphilis,accounting for 46.68%and 42.54%respectively.The psychological resilience of the two groups was significantly improved after 3 months of intervention.The scores of tenacity,optimism and strength in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the self-management ability of the two groups was significantly improved,and the behavioral,cognitive and environmental scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of syphilis and gonorrhea is high in the high-risk group of sexually transmitted diseases before pregnancy.Psychological crisis intervention can improve the psychological resilience and self-management ability,which is worthy of popularization and application.
