摘　　要：目的 分析某部队康复疗养中心各类口服抗高血压药的使用情况,为合理用药和管理提供参考依据.方法 通过军队疗养信息系统提取2019-2021年康复疗养中心使用口服抗高血压药的相关数据,对各类药品的品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)进行统计分析.结果 2019-2021年口服抗高血压药的用药金额总体呈下降趋势,其中钙通道阻滞剂(CCB类)和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB类)用药金额连续3年稳居前两位,且两者总构成比超过80%;苯磺酸氨氯地平片和厄贝沙坦片的用药金额和DDDs一直处于前两位.结论 康复疗养中心的口服抗高血压药使用情况基本合理.Objective This study aimed to investigate the use of oral antihypertensive drugs in certain a rehabilitation and recuperation center and provide guidance to rational drug use and management.Methods The data of use of oral antihypertensive drugs were collected from military recuperation information system from 2019 to 2021.Statistical analysis was applied on the drug type,consumption sum,defined daily dose system(DDDs)and defined daily cost(DDC).Results From 2019 to 2021,the consumption sum of oral antihypertensive drugs had experienced an overall reduction.Calcium channel blockers(CCB)and angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB)were in the top two during these years and the composition ratio of them was over 80%.The consumption sum and DDDs of amlodipine besylate tablets and irbesartan tablets ranked the top two.Conclusion The use of oral antihypertensive drugs in this rehabilitation center is approximately reasonable.
