摘 要:目的 探讨第三方物流配送作为血站人性化管理措施的应用效果.方法 引进第三方配送后对采血科71名工作人员进行满意度调查,结合全年血液采集情况、献血者满意度以及职工满意度对调查结果进行统计学描述及原因分析.结果 第三方配送的"总体评价"得分为3.51分,评价为"满意".第三方配送对工作的影响程度得分均在3分以上,影响程度介于"非常大"和"较大"之间.第三方配送对工作人员"工作状态的改善"、"提升采血服务质量、减少质量差错事故的发生"两项呈现出显著性影响(P<0.05).其中不同年龄对工作状态的改善呈现出显著性影响(F=7.111,P=0.002),有着较为明显差异,不同年龄对提升采血服务质量、减少质量差错事故的发生呈现出显著性影响(F=4.632,P=0.013),平均值得分对比结果为"25岁及以下人群大于36-45岁人群;26-35岁人群大于36-45岁人群";血站工作的年限对于工作状态的改善呈现出显著性影响(F=4.105,P=0.010),有着较为明显差异,血站工作的年限对于提升采血服务质量、减少质量差错事故的发生呈现出显著性影响(F=2.811,P=0.046),平均值得分对比结果为"5年以内大于11-15年;6-10年大于11-15年".第三方配送应用一年来,年采集人数同比增长5.99%,采血量同比增长4.76%.其中团体采血人数同比增长17.27%,采血量同比增长19.52%.通过实现采血物料的第三方配送,减轻采血工作人员的工作压力,提升工作效率,增强员工归属感和幸福感,不断提高献血服务水平,服务对象满意率为98.42%,同比增长9.81%;职工满意率为98.26%,同比增长6.91%.第三方物流有效提升了物料配送的效率,降低物料配送环节的差错率,节省了采血工作人员物料配送的时间,提高了工作效率和服务质量,服务对象满意度和职工满意度得到双提升.结论 第三方物流配送作为血站人性化管理措施的应用效果良好,具有较强的可行性和�Objective To explore the application effect of third-party logistics distribution as a humanized management measure in blood stations.Methods After the introduction of third-party distribution,71 staff in the blood collection department were investigated with a questionnaire.The survey results were statistically described and analyzed in combination with the annual blood collection situation,blood donor satisfaction and staff satisfaction.Results The"overall evaluation"score of the third-party distribution was 3.51 points,and the evaluation was"satisfactory".The influence degree of third-party distribution on work is more than 3 points,and the influence degree is between"very large"and"large".The third-party distribution has significantly improved the working state of staff,improved the quality of blood collection service and reduced the occurrence of quality error accidents(P<0.05).Among them,the improvement of working state by different ages shows a significant level of 0.01(F=7.111,P=0.002),with obvious differences.Different ages show a significant level of 0.05(F=4.632,P=0.013)in improving the quality of blood collection service and reducing the occurrence of quality error accidents.The comparison result of average mean scores is"25 years old and below>36-45 years old;26-35 years old>36-45 years old";the length of service in blood stations shows a significant level of 0.01 for the improvement of working conditions(F=4.105,P=0.010),with a relatively obvious difference.The length of service in blood stations shows a significant level of 0.05 for improving the quality of blood collection services and reducing the occurrence of quality error accidents(F=2.811,P-0.046).The comparison result of average scores is"within 5 years>11-15 years;6-10 years>11-15 years".0ver the past year,the number of people collected annually has increased by 5.99%yearon-year,and the amount of blood collected has increased by 4.76%year-on-year.Among them,the number of group blood collection increased by 17.27%year-on-year,and the volume
