尿毒清颗粒联合血液透析对终末期肾衰竭患者炎症指标及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察尿毒清颗粒联合血液透析对终末期肾衰竭患者炎症指标及肾功能的影响.方法 根据随机数字表法将廉江市人民医院2021年3月-2022年3月收治的86例终末期肾衰竭患者分为两组,每组各43例.对照组实施血液透析治疗,在此基础上观察组联合尿毒清颗粒治疗,连续治疗3个月.比较两组临床疗效、炎症指标、肾功能及不良反应情况.结果 与对照组治疗总有效率相比,观察组更高(P<0.05);治疗后两组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组BUN、Scr均降低,Ccr升高,与对照组相比,观察组的BUN、Scr更低,Ccr更高(P<0.05);两组治疗期间未出现明显的不良反应.结论 尿毒清颗粒联合血液透析可调节终末期肾衰竭患者炎症指标,改善肾功能,提高临床疗效,且联合治疗具有一定的安全性.Objective To observe the effect of Niaoduqing Granules combined with hemodialysis on inflammatory indexes and renal function in patients with end-stage renal failure.Methods According to the random number table method,86 patients with end-stage renal failure admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with Niaoduqing granules for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory indexes,renal function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total effective rate of the control group,the observation group was higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,BUN and Scr in the two groups were decreased,and Ccr was increased.Compared with the control group,BUN and Scr in the observation group were lower,and Cer was higher(P<0.05);no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Niaoduqing granules combined with hemodialysis can regulate inflammatory indexes,improve renal function and clinical efficacy in patients with endstage renal failure,and the combined treatment has certain safety.
