摘　　要：目的探讨三酰甘油与冠状动脉(冠脉)粥样硬化狭窄程度之间的关系。方法840例行冠脉造影检查的患者中,709例有冠脉粥样硬化狭窄(狭窄组),131例无狭窄(非狭窄组)。比较两组相关临床指标,分析三酰甘油与冠脉粥样硬化狭窄程度的相关性,进一步采用logistic回归分析冠脉粥样硬化狭窄的影响因素。结果狭窄组血清三酰甘油水平高于非狭窄组(P<0.05)。三酰甘油与左冠脉前降支近段、中段、右冠脉中段粥样硬化狭窄程度呈正相关(r_(s)=0.084、0.084、0.073,P<0.05)。血清三酰甘油水平升高是左冠脉前降支和右冠脉粥样硬化狭窄发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论三酰甘油与冠脉粥样硬化狭窄程度密切相关。Objective To discuss the relationship between triglyceride and stenosis degree of coronary atherosclerosis.Methods Of 840 patients undergoing coronary angiography,709 cases had coronary atherosclerosis stenosis(group A)and 131 cases had no stenosis(group C).The related clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.The correlation between triglyceride and stenosis degree of coronary atherosclerosis was analyzed.Furthermore,the influencing factors for coronary atherosclerosis stenosis were analyzed using logistic regression analysis.Results Serum level of triglyceride in group A was higher than that in group C(P<0.05).Triglyceride was positively correlated with stenosis degree of coronary atherosclerosis in proximal and middle segment of left anterior descending artery and middle segment of right coronary artery(r_(s)=0.084,0.084,0.073,P<0.05).The increased serum triglyceride level was an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis stenosis of left anterior descending artery and right coronary artery(P<0.05).ConclusionTriglycerides are closely associated with the degree of coronary atherosclerotic stenosis.
