小剂量螺内酯对老年难治性高血压患者的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用小剂量螺内酯治疗老年难治性高血压的疗效及安全性.方法将天津市河西区陈塘庄街社区卫生服务中心180例老年难治性高血压患者随机均等分成两组,常规组给予三种常规降压药联合治疗,实验组在此基础上联合20mg小剂量螺内酯治疗,均连续给药4周后对两组疗效指标和不良反应出现情况予以评估.结果两组治疗前后血压监测值均有明显变化,且实验组血压改善程度优于常规组(P<0.01);实验组临床疗效明显优于常规组(P<0.01);两组均无严重不良反应发生.结论小剂量螺内酯对老年难治性高血压患者的治疗效果显著,安全性较高.Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of low-dose spironolactone in the treatment of senile refractory hypertension.Methods 180 elderly patients with refractory hypertension in our hospital were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The conventional group was given three conventional antihypertensive drugs combined therapy,and the experimental group was given 2Omg low-dose spironolactone on this basis.After 4 weeks of continuous administration,the efficacy indicators and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Results The blood pressure monitoring values of the two groups were significantly changed before and after treatment,and the improvement degree of blood pressure in the experimental group was better than that in the conventional group(P<0.01).The clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.01).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Low-dose spironolactone has significant therapeutic effect and high safety in elderly patients with refractory hypertension.
