精细化药房管理模式提高医院门诊药房工作效率和药物安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探究精细化药房管理模式在提高医院门诊药房工作效率和药物安全性方面的效果.方法选取湖北省红安县人民医院门诊药房2021年8月-2022年8月期间的468份药物处方为研究样本,为优化医院门诊药房工作效率,从2022年2月开始对234份药物处方实施精细化药房管理模式,2021年8月-2022年1月期间医院门诊药房的234份处方实施常规管理模式,比较两种模式在提高医院门诊药房工作效率方面的应用效果.结果药房工作实施精细化管理模式工作效率优于常规管理模式,P<0.05.药房工作处方配置差错情况,药房精细化管理模式处方差错率低于常规管理模式,P<0.05.处方患者对于药房服务工作满意度,精细化管理模式药房服务工作满意度高于常规管理模式,P<0.05.结论医院门诊药房管理工作中,实施精细化药房管理模式优化工作质量效果优于常规管理模式,能够有效缩短单处方调剂时间、患者门诊药房取药等候时间,优化医院门诊药房工作效率,降低处方差错率,保障患者使用药物治疗期间的用药安全.Objective To refine the pharmacy management model to improve the work efficiency and drug safety of hospital outpatient pharmacy.Methods Select our outpatient pharmacy in August 2021-August 2022468 drug prescription for the study sample,to optimize the hospital outpatient pharmacy efficiency,in 234 drug prescriptions in February 2022 fine pharmacy management mode,during August 2021-January 2022234 hospital outpatient pharmacy prescription routine management mode,improve the application fficiency of hospital outpatient pharmacy.Results The work efficiency of the fine management mode was better than the conventional management mode,P<0.05.Moreover,the prescription error rate of the pharmacy fine management mode was lower than that of the conventional management mode,with P<0.05.Prescription patients had more job satisfaction with the pharmacy service,and the pharmacy service job satisfaction in the refined management mode was higher than that in the conventional management mode,with P<0.05.Conclusion Hospital outpatient pharmacy management work,the implementation of fine pharmacy management mode optimization work quality effect is better than the conventional management mode,can effectively shorten the single prescription dispensing time,patients outpatient pharmacy medicine waiting time,optimize the hospital outpatient pharmacy work efficiency,reduce the prescription error rate,ensure patients use drug safety during drug treatment.
