摘　　要：目的探讨肘关节骨折术后影响肘关节功能恢复的相关因素.方法回顾性分析湖南省衡阳市中心医院在2020年1月-2021年6月收治的100例需要进行手术治疗的肘关节骨折患者临床资料,以Mayo肘关节功能评分对其手术治疗后的肘关节功能恢复效果进行评价,根据其肘关节功能恢复良好与否分析影响其肘关节功能恢复的相关因素.结果100例患者Mayo评分优良率为70.00%.肘关节功能恢复优良患者年龄、受伤至接受治疗时间、术后早期康复锻炼、神经损伤、肢体肿胀以及并发症方面和肘关节功能恢复中差患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别、骨折部位以及内固定方式方面和肘关节功能恢复中差患者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).年龄≥60岁、术后未进行早期康复锻炼、神经损伤以及肢体肿胀是影响患者术后肘关节功能恢复的独立因素(P<0.05).结论对于肘关节骨折患者,年龄≥60岁、术后未进行早期康复锻炼、神经损伤以及肢体肿胀是影响其手术治疗后肘关节功能恢复的独立因素,临床需要加以重视.Objective To explore the related factors affecting the functional recovery of elbow joint after elbow fracture.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with elbow joint fractures requiring surgical treatment from January 2020 to June 2021 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and the recovery effect of elbow joint function after surgical treatment was evaluated by Mayo elbow joint function score,according to whether the elbow joint function recovered well or not,the related factors affecting the elbow joint function recovery were analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of Mayo score in 100 patients was 70.00%.There were significant differences in age,time from injury to treatment,early postoperative rehabilitation,nerve injury,limb swelling and complications between patients with excellent elbow function recovery and those with poor elbow joint function recovery(P<0.05).There was no significant dfference in gender,fracture site and internal fixation between patients with moderate and poor recovery of elbow joint function(P>0.05).Age≥60 years old,no early postoperative rehabilitation exercise,nerve injury and limb swelling were the independent factors affecting the recovery of elbow joint function(P<0.05).Conc lus ion For patients with elbow fracture,age≥60 years,no early postoperative rehabilitation exercise,nerve injury and limb swelling are independent factors that affect the recovery of elbow joint function after surgical treatment,and clinical attention should be paid to it.
