摘 要:目的探究基于多元线性回归分析混合式教学对内科护理教学效果的影响因素.方法采用目的抽样法,选取2019年2月-2021年3月在校护理学生42名作为研究对象,学习结束后,通过测验成绩和自设问卷对混合式教学效果进行评价,选择教学效果中的客观指标,测验成绩作为因变量,自变量选择性别、年龄、性格(内向、外向)、课堂气氛(讨论型、授课型)、是否参与护理培训、是否参加各种形式的课外训练、组织形式、课外训练形式,采用多元线性回归分析教学效果的影响因素.结果不同性别、不同年龄学生测试成绩对比无明显差异(P>0.05).测试成绩与性格(外向)(r=0.532,P=0.035)、课堂气氛(讨论型)(r=0.743,P=0.015)、参与护理培训(r=0.853,P=0.013)、参加各种形式的课外训练(r=0.635,P=0.024)、课外训练形式(小组活动的形式、竞赛型活动形式)(r=0.753,P=0.013)均呈正向相关.以考核测试成绩作为因变量进行多元线性回归分析,结果表明,性格(外向)(P=0.004)、课堂气氛(讨论型)(P=0.033)、参与护理培训(P=0.002)、参加各种形式的课外训练(P=0.025)、课外训练形式(小组活动的形式、竞赛型活动形式)(P=0.015)是混合式教学对内科护理教学效果的影响因素.结论讨论型氛围、参加各种形式的课外训练等因素是混合式教学对内科教学效果的影响因素,因此尽可能采用讨论型授课方式,增加实习机会,从而有效提高混合式教学对内科护理学的教学效果.Objective To explore the influencing factors of mixed teaching on the teaching effect of medical nursing based on multiple linear regression analysis.Methods Objective sampling method was adopted to select 42 nursing students in school from February 2019 to March 2021 as the research objects.After learning,the mixed teaching effect was evaluated by test scores and self-designed questionnaires.Objective indicators of teaching effect were selected,and test scores were taken as dependent variables.The independent variables were gender,age,personality(introverted and extroverted),classroom atmosphere(discussion and teaching),whether to participate in nursing training,whether to participate in nursing practice,organizational form and extracurricular training form.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of teaching effect.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of students of different genders and ages(P>0.05).Test scores were correlated with personality(extroversion)(r=0.532,P=0.035),classroom atmosphere(discussion)(r=0.743,P=0.015),participation in nursing training(r=0.853,P=0.013),participation in various forms of extracurricular training(r=0.635,P=0.024),the form of extracurricular training(group activities,competitive activities)(r=0.753,P=0.013)were positively correlated.Multiple linear regression analysis was carried out with test scores as dependent variables.The results show that Personality(extroversion)(P=0.004),classroom atmosphere(discussion type)(P=0.033),participation in nursing training(P=0.002),Participation in various forms of extracurricular training(P=0.025),form of extracurricular training(group activity form,competitive activity form)(P=0.015)were the influencing factors of mixed teaching on clinical medicine teaching effect.Conc lus ion Factors such as discussion atmosphere and Participatlon in various forms of extracurricular trainingare the influential factors of mixed teaching on the teaching effect of internal medicine.Therefore,discussion teac
