摘　　要：目的探讨丹红注射液在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后的应用效果.方法选取2019年8月-2020年8月在广东省罗定市人民医院行PCI术的86例AMI患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例.对照组行常规治疗,观察组加用丹红注射液,连续用药7d.对比两组炎症因子水平、心肌酶指标、心功能、不良反应.结果治疗前,两组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、肌钙蛋白T(TnT)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)和左室射血分数(LVEF)、N端脑利尿钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组hs-CRP、TNF-α、TnT、CK-MB和NT-proBNP水平低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论丹红注射液能够降低AMI患者PCI术后炎性因子水平,减轻其心肌损伤,改善心功能,安全可靠.Objective To investigate the application effect of Danhong injection in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 86 patients with AMI who underwent PCI in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given Danhong injection for 7 days.The levels of inflammatory factors,myocardial enzymes,cardiac function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant dfference in high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),troponin T(TnT),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,TnT,CK-MB and NT-proBNP were lower than those of the control group,and the LVEF was higher than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with AMI after PCI,relieve myocardial injury,and improve cardiac function,which is safe and reliable.
