三点法针刀松解髌下脂肪垫治疗膝风湿寒性关节痛效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究对膝风湿寒性关节痛患者实施三点法针刀松解髌下脂肪垫的疗效.方法选取自2021年8月-2022年5月到淮安市淮安区漕运镇中心卫生院就诊的62例膝风湿寒性关节痛患者.以奇偶分组法均分为实验组及参照组,每组均为31例.参照组行常规松解病变组织治疗,实验组行三点法针刀松解髌下脂肪垫治疗.对比两组治疗效果.结果实验组治疗有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组疼痛程度、关节冰冷程度低于参照组,压痛点个数少于参照组,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05).结论对膝风湿寒性关节痛患者实施三点法针刀松解髌下脂肪垫的疗效较好,值得推广.Objective To explore the efficacy of three-point acupotomy for releasing the sublapatellar fat pad in patients with knee arthralgia caused by wind,dampness and cold.Methods A total of 62 patients with knee arthralgia who visited our hospital from August 2021 to May 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group and reference group by parity grouping method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional release of the lesion tssue,and the experimental group was treated with three-point acupotomy to release the subpatellar fat pad.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain degree and joint cold degree of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the number of tenderness points was less than that of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was established(P<0.05).Conclusion Three-point acupotomy is effective in releasing the sublapatellar fat pad in patients with knee arthralgia caused by wind,dampness and cold,which is worthy of promotion.
