独参汤加减联合西药治疗脓毒性休克的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究独参汤加减联合西药在脓毒性休克中的治疗效果.方法66例脓毒性休克患者按随机数字表法分为两组,各33例.对照组采用西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合独参汤治疗,两组均治疗72h.结果治疗后,观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);血压稳定时间观察组短于对照组,复苏液体用量、缩血管药物用量观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及APACHEⅡ评分观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论独参汤加减联合西药在脓毒性休克治疗中疗效确切,有助于减少西药使用剂量,稳定患者病情,值得推广.Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of modified Dushen decoction combined with western medicine in septic shock.Methods Sixty-six patients with septic shock were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation was combined with Dushen Decoction on the basis of the above treatment.Both groups were treated for 72 hours.Resul ts After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the blood pressure stabilization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of resuscitation fluid and vasoconstrictor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<O.05);Peptide(BNP)and APACHEⅡ scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conc lusion The modified Dushen decoction combined with western medicine has a definite curative effect in the treatment of septic shock,which helps to reduce the dosage of western medicine and stabilize the patient's condition,which is worthy of promotion.
