摘　　要：目的探索针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病发展脉络、研究热点和前沿。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)针灸相关疗法治疗阿尔茨海默病的相关文献,检索年限为建库日期至2021年11月25号,利用CiteSpace 5.5R2软件生成核心作者、研究机构和关键词的知识图谱。结果合格文献1100篇,纳入421位作者,形成以李志刚-卢梦晗、杜艳军-孙国杰、王述菊-马骏、孔立红-周华、余曙光-唐勇、薛卫国-王丰等学者为中心进行合作。纳入99家主要研究机构,形成以黑龙江中医药大学-天津中医药大学及附属医院等机构为中心进行合作。形成15个关键词聚类,研究热点为中医辨证下制定治则治法,如“益气调血,扶本培元”的“三焦针法”“、通督启神”“、益肾调督”针法;具体干预措施有电针、预刺激。结论针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病研究关注度逐年上升,基础研究深入广泛,治疗机制仍在探索,临床研究证据质量普遍不高,国内学者、机构间合作仍需加强交流合作。Objective To explore the development of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.Methods CNKI literature related to acupuncture therapy for Alzheimer’s disease was retrieved from the database establishment date to November 25,2021.Knowledge maps of core authors,research institutions and keywords were generated using CiteSpace 5.5 R2 software.Results 1100 qualified papers were included,and 421 authors were included.The collaboration was centered on Li Zhigang-Lu Menghan,Du Yanjun-Sun Guojie,Wang Shuju-Ma Jun,Kong Lihong-Zhou Hua,Yu Shuguang-Tang Yong,Xue Weiguo-Wang Feng and other scholars.99 major research institutions have been incorporated to form cooperation centered on Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine and affiliated hospitals.The cluster of 15 keywords was formed,research hotspots are the formulation of treatment rules based on TCM differentiation,such as"Sanjiao acupuncture"based on"Yiqi Tiaoxue Fuben Peiyuan","Tongdu Qishen"and"Supplementing Kidney and Strengthening Du Meridian".Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease is attracting more and more attention year by year,basic research is in-depth and extensive,the treatment mechanism is still being explored,the quality of clinical research evidence is generally not high,and the cooperation between domestic scholars and institutions still needs to be strengthened.
