摘　　要：目的基于“古今医案云平台V2.3.6”分析近30年中医治疗帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)的中药处方规律,为未来临床遣方用药提供参考。方法搜集中国知网、万方、维普、CBM中所有治疗PD的中药处方,时间范围为1991年01月01日-2021年02月01日。用Excel建立方剂数据库,并导入“古今医案云平台(V2.3.6)”。应用系统中的统计分析、关联分析、聚类分析等方法进行数据分析,挖掘现代中医治疗PD的中药组方规律。结果筛选后共纳入方剂202首,包含中药239味,频次≥30次的药物24种,前五位是白芍、甘草、天麻、当归、熟地黄;四气多以平性、温性为主,五味多以甘、辛、苦为主,归经主要以肝、脾、肾为主;使用频次前三位的药对是“白芍、甘草”“白芍、天麻”“白芍、熟地黄”;现代临床治疗帕金森病,最常用的是具有平抑肝阳作用的药物,其次为具有润肠通便、息风止痉等作用的药物;对使用频次≥30的中药聚类得出5组常用药物组方。结论现代中医治疗PD,以平抑肝阳、息风止痉为主要治法;润肠通便、顾护阳气应贯穿于治疗的始末,尤为值得重视。Objective Based on the"Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform V2.3.6",to analyze the prescription rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Parkinson disease(PD)in the past 30 years,and to provide reference for future clinical prescription and medication.Methods All Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of PD in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM were collected.The time range is from January 1,1991 to February 1,2021.A prescription database was established by using Excel and imported into the"Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform(V2.3.6)".The data was analysed by applying statistical analysis,association analysis,cluster analysis and other methods in the system in order to explore the rules of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of PD in modern Chinese medicine.Results A total of 202 prescriptions were included after screening,including 239 Chinese medicines.There were 24 drugs with a frequency of≥30 times,and the top five were Radix Paeoniae Alba,Licorice,Gastrodin,Angelica sinensis,and Rehmannia glutinosa;The four properties are mostly flat and warm,and the five tastes are mostly sweet,pungent,and bitter;Meridian mainly in the liver,spleen,kidney-based;the top three drug pairs in frequency of use are"Radix Paeoniae Alba,licorice","Radix Paeoniae Alba,gastrodin","Radix Paeoniae Alba,rehmannia glutinosa";In modern clinical treatment of Parkinson’s disease,the most commonly used drugs are drugs that have the effect of repressing liver yang,followed by drugs that have the effects of looseing the bowel to relive constipation,resting wind and spasmodic;clustering the traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of≥30 to obtain 5 commonly used groups Drug prescription.Conclusion Modern TCM treatment of PD is mainly based on the principle of repressing liver yang,resting wind and spasmodic.Moistening intestines and purgation and protecting Yang Qi should run through the whole process of PD treatment.
